Ridge Private House

A single-family residence designed around the site's mature trees and southern light. The brief asked for warmth and longevity — we delivered both with a structural shell engineered for sixty years of service and interiors detailed without a visible joint out of place.

All trades were coordinated in-house, from excavation to the final coat of paint. The client moved in on the date promised at contract signing.
