Costa Villa

A demanding coastal site with high salt exposure and difficult access. We engineered the structure for the environment, selected materials accordingly, and coordinated logistics around a narrow approach road.

The project included the main villa, a 90 m² guest house, exterior kitchen, infinity pool and a reinforced seawall protecting the property line.
